1 on 1 Individual Support
At Freedom Disability Support we take a holistic approach to community support and individual support. We believe that in order to truly support individuals and families, we must address all aspects of their lives, including physical health, mental health, social support and goals.
Receive personalised one-on-one support from our dedicated staff tailored to your specific needs and preferences. This may include domestic cleaning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and more. Additionally, support can extend to activities such as dining out, going for walks, and other personal interests. Our Support Workers are an awesome bunch, and we can find someone who is a perfect fit for you!
Group Activities
Freedom offers expertly tailored group outing experiences that are highly sought after. Our goal is to infuse every event with fun and create memorable experiences. We emphasise building & fostering friendships within our groups.
We provide a diverse schedule of weekly activities, including our renowned "Sunday Fun Day." From whale watching on Moreton Island to catching a Taylor Swift concert at Suncorp Stadium, we ensure every experience is exceptional.

Our supported employment programs provide personalized guidance and assistance, ensuring you find and excel in a job that matches your skills, interests, and goals. We work closely with you to navigate the job market, develop essential workplace skills, and secure meaningful employment opportunities.
We have an in-house supported employment admin team. From creating cute graphics on Canva to assisting in planning activities, this position provides a wealth of admin experience! This position is highly sought after so we are currently in the process of expansion.
